Our World's Fair Barbecue Rub livens up chicken, burgers, tofu, or pork chops with a unique blend of sweet shallots, Hawaiian sea salt, cane sugar, Indian chile peppers, Hungarian paprika, Indian peppercorns, ground mustard, West African grains of paradise, and Moroccan coriander seeds.
