Chili con carne is a staple of Tex-Mex cooking that was introduced to the rest of the U.S. at the 1893 Columbian Exposition in Chicago. Our Chili con Carne blend is mild, sweet, and earthy. It includes tomato powder to ensure your chili con carne (or sloppy joe) is rich, red, and thick. Also available in Mild Chili Powder or Medium Chili Powder.
